Employee engagement is always on our minds.

If you want to get involved, we have the ACE Team (Ambassadors for Constructive Engagement Team), or QWL Comittee (Quality of Work Life committee) devoted to improving employee satisfaction and engagement at work. Reach out to anyone on these teams to see how you can get involved.

If you have ideas, let us know as well! There is a Suggestion Box for ACE Team suggestions and feedback located outside of Human resources in City Hall.
